LEGAL NOTICE: By signing up for any online course from winningwarmups.com and clicking to pay, you are agreeing FULLY to the following statements: That physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. That you have obtained a physical examination and clearance from a doctor before beginning any exercise activity pertaining to the courses on this website. You are agreeing that you are fit enough to exercise and competent enough to do so without an instructor to supervise you. You also agree that being around and on a horse is dangerous and such activities can result in serious injury or death. You agree that you are deeming yourself capable to safely ride your horse without instruction or supervision. You agree that by participating in physical exercise, training activities, horse activities and riding simulations on and off the equine you are doing so entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge the owner of Winning Warm Ups/ Run 2 Win Equine LLC from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may other-wise have to bring a legal action against the trainer or instructor for personal injury or property dam- age. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence. THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INJURIES WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF (1) EXERCISE OR EQUINE EQUIPMENT THAT MAY MALFUNCTION OR BREAK; AND (2) ANY SLIP, FALL FROM THE HUMAN OR HORSE (3) ANY INJURY THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF EXERCISING OUTDOORS INCLUDING HORSE ACCIDENT AND INJURIES RELATED TO HORSES OR OTHER DEBRIS AROUND WHAT YOU DEEM YOUR EXERCISE AREA AND SURFACE.
Data transmission: You agree that you will not share or transmit any data or images from any of the copy written or filmed material from this site whatsoever. This includes screenshots, copy and pasting, emailing, sharing email logins, and any other conceivable form of digital or digital to print transmission. Doing so is a severe infringement of copyright laws and an injustice to those students who have invested in the program.
